EN: Herrenberg Bräu is a cooperative microbrewery in Nuglar. The members were brewing their beer from 2008, first in garages. In 2011, the former milk platform on the village square was rented and converted. Since spring 2012, the brewery is in operation at the new location, in the same year the local grocery store could be supplied for the first time. Since then, the system is constantly being expanded. In early 2016, new brewing equipment was installed. The cooperators brew in their spare time, usually on Saturday. The brewery has four flavours of beer in the standard offer. In addition, special varieties are brewed for different occasions.
DE: Herrenberg Bräu ist eine genossenschaftlich organisierte Mikrobrauerei in Nuglar. Die Mitglieder brauten ihr Bier ab 2008 in Garagen. 2011 wurde das ehemalige Milchhäuschen am Dorfplatz gemietet und umgebaut. Seit dem Frühling 2012 ist die Brauerei am neuen Ort in Betrieb, im selben Jahr konnte erstmals der Dorfladen beliefert werden. Seither wird die Anlage beständig erweitert. 2016 wurde eine neue Brauanlage eingebaut. Die Genossenschaftler brauen in ihrer Freizeit, üblicherweise am Samstag. Die Brauerei hat vier Biersorten im Standardangebot. Dazu kommen noch Spezialbiere für verschiedene Anlässe.
