The German M.E. Cemetery is also known as Ebenezer Cemetery, and contains 54 burials, who appear to be of German descent. The cemetery was overgrown at the time of our visit. It appears to have some maintenance, but only sporadically. Most grave sites are within family plots with concrete borders.

The oldest headstone dates back to 1897, and there are only four burials since 1999, the last being in 2008.

To reach this cemetery, from State Highway 164 and Noble Road aka County Road 10, west of Lucien or east of Hayward, go south on Noble Road for approximately 7 miles, then west on an unnamed dirt road (CR 580) for 1/2 mile; cemetery is on the north side of the road.
