Not only does this hand-crafted and unique Little Free Library bear an uncanny resemblance to the house in front of which it is located:
But it is also unique in that there's additional items stored under the roof, which can be lifted up to reveal.
UPDATE July 2022 - we revisited the library and found that is now has a charter number 57928. The post has been replaced and some fresh paint has been applied. Here is the description from littlefreelibrary.org
"Beachhouse Library
We visited Seattle a few years ago and used a couple of free libraries while we were there. We decided then to build our own free library and install it on the front lawn of our cottage. The cottage is in a small town with many tourist visitors. The local library is only open 3 days per week, limited hours and you need to be a resident of the county to borrow books. So our library caters to visitors and locals alike!".
