This mosaic mural depicts a parchment with a map of the Southwestern United States and Baja California in Mexico with the entire area, then part of Mexico, being shaded in red. A Coat of Arms is depicted for Francisco Garcia Diego who was the first bishop of the Diocese of the Two Californias."Ambas California" means "Both Californias" in Spanish.
