This sculpture is located at the Bob Hope Memorial Garden at Mission San Fernando. It depicts the Virgin Mary standing tall in a long green dress holding a crucifix in front of her. There is no sign at the site but an internet search reveals that this is a replica of a popular sculpture known as "Our Lady of Hope" based on an 1871 apparition. See the story at (visit link)
