This gray metal disk is embedded in a concrete collar on the east side of Horne north of the overpass over the us 60/ Superstition freeway. Across the top of the disk is stamped A.D.O.T. Highway Div. At the bottom of the disk is 19. There are no other markings. The disk is located approximately 8 feet east of the eastern edge of Horne Street and 525 feet north of the northern edge of the freeway. There is a witness post which is badly rusted.
