The apartment building is a two-story, hipped-roof, Colonial Revival-style apartment house, c. 1905-1910. Sheathed in narrow clapboard , it has simple brackets under the eaves, and a partiallyrecessed central porch with pedimented gable finished with fish-scale shingles. There are grooved pilasters with composite capitals. Matching columns support the two-story porch. Edward Van Cleeck might have been its architect.
