Die kleine Brücke ist stabil gebaut und ermöglicht die Überquerung des eiskalten Gebirgsflusses Partnach. Der Wanderweg verbindet Garmisch-Partenkirchen mit der Zugspitze. Die Via Alpina - Wanderstrecke führt ebenfalls entlang des Weges.

The small strongly built bridge allows the crossing of the icy mountain river Partnach. The trail connects the town Garmisch-Partenkirchen and the mountain Zugspitze. The Via Alpina - hiking trail also leads along this way.
