Leo Park is a rectangular city block park, bounded by 2nd and 3rd Streets, and Cedar and Birch. The area is flat, grassed and dotted with many trees.

There is a picnic pavilion, and a few pieces of playground equipment, as well as four very nice tennis courts.

At the northeast corner of the park is a sculpture of Leo the Horse, and an historical marker describing his fame.
