Built as a Wesleyan Chapel in 1813 this is now the Methodist Church of Swaffham and is Grade II listed. It has a Gault-brick facade with rendered returns and a slate roof, of two-storey elevation in three bays separated by panelled giant pilasters. The centre bay has a recessed portico entrance at the lower level with four pillars. To the immediate left, ie. north, of this portico in the panelling is the cut-mark and bolt below a blue plaque. It is in good condition, last verified in 1972 and levelled in 1954 as being 74.767m above the Newlyn datum and 0.8m above ground.
