On the OS map this is called Willow Farm, it is now Westbrooke Barns, the old stable block and hay barn have been converted to holiday lets. The house was built in 1897 by T.S. there is a brick inscribed thus high up on the east gable end. The mark was placed here at the southern end of the original wall, some 4m from the northern angle. Sometime later a southern extension was added, as evidenced by the change in the pitch of the roof and the differing brickwork on the east wall, and then, sometime since 1959 when the last verification took place, the lower part of the wall has been rendered covering up the mark.
It was measured as being 52.343m above Newlyn datum and 0.500m above ground level.
