Located along Lake Trail near Tangier Ave. Actual address is 305 Maddock Way. The house is next door to the Bethesda-by-the-Sea Episcopal Church DAR marker. Access is from the end of Tangier Ave.

The oldest standing house in Palm Beach built in 1891 by Henry Maddock for his home. Parts of the house were assembled in New York and brought by barge to Palm Beach, as this was the only means of transportation.
