There is hardly any information online about this cemetery. This website (visit link) a history of the Mission and specifically has only this to say about the cemetery:

"1804: Also in 1804, the Indian Cemetery was laid out."

In 1843, after the Mexican government secularized the Mission, the property went into ruin. Now, the cemetery has no marked graves. There is just one large sign that reads:

"INDIAN CEMETERY
LAID OUT IN 1804"
