This sculpture was placed in honour of Ontario's Bicentennial in 1984. The sculpture was made by famed Canadian artist Kosso Eloul with his balancing rectangles made of steel. The work was commissioned by the Ontario Bicentennial Commission and is located just outside of Ontario Place.
