Samson is a fictional dog of breed bearded collie from the Flemish television around the duo Samson and Gert. It is a puppet whose voice from 1989 to 2005 was voiced by Danny Verbiest. Since the summer of 2005 is done by Peter Thyssen.
The animal is now the mascot of Studio 100.
Samson is the dog of Gert. Samson does not speak Dutch very well. Many difficult words he does not understand whether he speaks out wrong. Also names of people he often speaks out wrong. According to the fixed end melody of the series he is naughty. In reality, he is very sweet and sometimes even moralizing, for example when one of the characters to take another bite.
