Newish playground park built in the new residential area, when the town moved on top of the hill after the flood of '93

Found no footprint of this park, or any park in Rhineland for that matter.

Where the town use to be is now a park, with first class ball field, etc.
But the playground equipment was moved up here, closer to the homes where the children would most likely be.

Picnic tables, pavilion, and looks like a concession stand on the far end, why I could not find out.

I also could not find out why it was named what it was.
