This pavilion is located at the Fulton County Fairgrounds and is dedicated to those who served. There is a plaque on the pavilion for the various Legions and posts that serve the Fulton area. Another plaque honours Cliff Rashley who helped create the pavilion.
The pavilion was completed in 1997.
