Nice single lane concrete ramp at Big Lake at Whetstone Creek CA - Williamsburg Missouri.

Big Lake is in Whetstone Creek Conservation Area near Williamsburg Missouri. It is a 24.5 acre lake, the biggest in this conservation area. Nice quiet place to drop a line. There is some good standing timber for cover not far from the boat ramp. You can not operate a gas motor on this lake so no worries if you are enjoying the lake in a kayak or canoe. (visit link)

This was a scouting mission for me too hot to fish now but look forward to getting the boat out on this lake.



On your way here you will pass the Crane Store Museum in Williamsburg MO , voted 3rd best in offbeat attractions by readers of the Rural Missouri Magazine. They have quite an interesting collection of artifacts ranging from arrow heads, automobiles, furniture, toys, old gas pumps and much more. Something for everyone. Well worth the visit.
