Millook Valley Woods, maintained by the Woodland Trust. The footpath follows the lower quarter of a tributary of Millook Water that flows down the valley from Trewint, from 'The Den' at the bottom of the valley to this bridge which crosses the stream, where the footpath then bears left and heads up the steep valley side towards Longland Farm.
The path is hard packed earth in places, but can get quite muddy and churned up at times.
