DE: Die katholische Pfarrkirche St. Viktor in Oberbreisig, einem Stadtteil von Bad Breisig, im Landkreis Ahrweiler in Rheinland-Pfalz, ist eine spätromanische Kirche aus der Mitte des 13. Jahrhunderts. Sie ist dem hl. Viktor von Xanten geweiht, einem Märtyrer der Thebäischen Legion. Die Kirche besitzt Wandmalereien, die aus dem 13. bis 16. Jahrhundert stammen. Die Kirche gehört zur Pfarreiengemeinschaft Breisiger Land im Bistum Trier.
Aus dem Jahr 1041 ist die erste schriftliche Erwähnung einer Pfarrkirche zu (Ober-)Breisig („ecciesia in brisiaco“) überliefert.
Die heutige Kirche wurde in der Mitte des 13. Jahrhunderts als dreischiffige Pfeilerbasika errichtet. Im Unterbau des Westturmes sind vermutlich Reste einer Vorgängerkirche verbaut. Während der Reformation, zwischen 1557 und 1587, wurden die Malereien übertüncht. 1849 wurden sie wiederentdeckt und zwischen 1909 und 1914 von dem Kölner Maler Anton Bardenhewer freigelegt. 1990 wurden sie wieder restauriert.
Die Eingangstüre ist aus Holz gefertigt und mit Metallornamenten verziert.

The present church was built in the mid-13th century as a three-nave Pfeilerbasika. In the substructure of the west tower remains of a previous church are probably blocked.
