County of quilt: Montgomery County
Location of quilt: MO-EE, 200 yards N. of Katy Trail & MO-94, Shining Hope Guest House, Rhineland

Why they chose this design, and what they have in common with these far reaching Native American Nations I do not know.
I know the name because of other research I have done on the Tribal signs and patterns.

They also have a trivbal warrior pattern on another barn, so somewhere in this ownership is a relationship with one tribe or another.

Your Visit:
I was traveling down the Katy Trail looking form waymarks, mainly here the St. Marcus Evangelical Church built by the Germans in 1891. The church is just east, next door. I noticed the quilts on the B&B property and captured them.

Type of Barn: Barn still in use
