Der Stadtrat von Lindau genehmigte nach dem Zweiten Weltkrieg die Konzession für eine Spielbank.
Allerdings sollten siebzig Prozent der Einnahmen gemeinnützigen Zwecken gespendet werden.
Vierzig Jahre später wurde der Bau erneuert.
Seit 2000 befindet sich das Casino Lindau in einem neuen viergeschossigen Rundbau.
Der Blick durch die Glasflächen auf den Bodensee ist einmalig.
Die Gäste können an dem großen Spiel mit amerikanischem sowie französischem Roulette teilnehmen.
Ebenfalls werden Black Jack und Texas Holdem Poker angeboten. Regelmäßig am Freitag und Samstag finden Texas Holdem Turniere statt. Für das kleine Spiel stehen den Gästen 120 Spielautomaten mit Video Poker, elektronischem Bingo sowie elektronischem Roulette zur Verfügung.

Forty years later the building was renewed.
Since 2000, the Casino Lindau is in a new four-storey circular building.
The view through the glass areas of Lake Constance is unique.
Guests can take part in the big game with American Roulette and French.
Also Blackjack and Texas Holdem Poker offered. Regularly on Friday and Saturday will find Texas Holdem tournaments. For the small game available to guests 120 slot machines with video poker, electronic bingo and electronic roulette are available.
