There is nothing special about the headstone or the grave-site. It looks very much like the other graves in the cemetery with a bronze plaque on a marble stone.

According to Wikipedia, Darrell Porter was a Major League Baseball player for the Milwaukee Brewers, Kansas City Royals, St. Louis Cardinals and, the Texas Rangers. He made his playing debut in 1971 at the age of 19. He had a distinguished career but sadly had issues with drugs and died due to cocaine at the age of 50.
