This station, a GPI survey control mark, is located at the Delaware Seashore State Park, at the Indian River Inlet. It is set in the concrete footing of the southwest pylon of the Charles Cullen Bridge.
It is set in the southwest corner of the footing, approximately 3-ft north from the south edge of the footing, and 3-ft east from the west edge of the footing.
Accessibility to the station is gained from the sidewalks under the bridge, to the north and south of the pylons.
There is a similar station (WMRQ3X) on the northwest pylon of the same bridge.
