This station is a U.S. Army Corps of Engineers survey mark, and is located at the Delaware Seashore State Park. It is located between DE highway 1 and the state seashore beach, at a parking lot adjacent the southeast end of the Cullen Bridge.
Exit DE highway 1 at the south end of the bridge and follow the signs to the parking area, and the mark.
It is set in a concrete curb at the east edge of a parking lot, 12-ft west from a bicycle rack, and 30-ft north from a bath house. The disk is unstamped.
