The clock is set into a square, stone surround above the entrance door in the centre of the building. The clock has a square face with a circular centre. The square part is painted grey and the circular part is white and is possibly transparent allowing it to be back-lit at night. The hour and minute marks are pressed from a single sheet of material, probably metal, with the parts being held together with three rings. The rings, hour and minute marks are all coloured grey. The hands are a basic, simple design that are coloured black and they have a "newer" look to them than the rest of the face.
