The Prime Meridian Trail is a 116 km long multi-use trail. It follows the path of the former Canadian National Railway Inwood Subdivision from Grosse Isle in the south to Fisher Branch in the north.

This trailhead is located in Argyle, about 15 km north of Grosse Isle. Roadside parking is available at the trailhead.

During summer, trail uses include hiking, biking, and horseback riding. No motorized trail use is permitted during the summer. In winter, skiing, dogsledding, and snowmobiling are permitted.
