A very moving veterans memorial located in O'fallon, Missouri.

The memorial has a formation of 64 pairs of boots in formation with another pair of boots to the side under the POW/MIA flag. The memorial has large monuments for each branch of service. The memorial is especially moving at night when it is illuminated by the flames of the burning torch.
