The clock is attached to the brick wall of a building. The stone, that would have been rectangular to start with, has the top corners cut off at a 45° angle and a section cut out along its bottom edge. The actual face is recessed into the stone at its centre. There is a secong piece of stone attached to the wall above the main piece that may, or may not, have had something carved in to it such as a year.

The minute marks are cut into the edge of the recess with the hour marks, in Arabic numerals, cut just inside the minute marks. The hands are made of metal and have a simple, curved design with short tails.
