This bench is dedicated to the memory of Ellen C. Ceperley (1984-2015). The plaque states she is "keeping an eye on her birds." This location is excellent for bird watching or for taking a break on a baylands bike ride. The bench overlooks the marsh where Steven Creek empties into the San Francisco Bay.
