When we first walked in the Curlew Library, two brand new bikes were in front of the reception desk. Curious, we inquired about them. They were donated by an anonymous donor to encourage children to participate in the summer reading program. Children who qualify, their names are put in a raffle for these new bikes. The winners can even pick their own color and/or size.
This is a small community library, bright and inviting.
