Happy Valley - Web Cameras on Waymarking.com

This can be done more easily in the summer, but I suggest winter because it's more exiting!
To log a find, you must get yourself in front of the web cam. I suggest one person stands on the bottom of Happy Valley (stand for at least one minute) and the other person is on the computer while getting ready to take a picture. The person on the computer should visit this website to find the Happy Valley webcam.
