EN: This stone fountain stands on a bend of the main street of Möhlin, some steps north of the town hall.
The fountain is quite narrow and has a metal tube on the square fountain column. The fountain column has an extension on the right side, its purpose is not clear to me.
Above the tube is a sign with the words "drinking water", but this is in Switzerland always the case, if not explicitly stated that it is not drinkable.
DE: Dieser Steinbrunnen steht an einer Biegung an der Hauptstrasse von Möhlin, etwas nordlich des Gemeindehauses.
Der Brunnen ist ziemlich schmal und hat eine Metallröhre am quadratischen Brunnenstock. Der Brunnenstock hat eine Erweiterung an der rechten Seite, deren Zweck mir nicht klar ist.
Über der Röhre ist ein Schild mit der Aufschrift "Trinkwasser", was aber in der Schweiz eigentlich immer der Fall ist, wenn nicht ausdrücklich steht, es sei nicht trinkbar.
