Geyrsprudel
In 1936 the Schuh family built this public bathhouse using the Geyr Springs, opened in 1914. In 1961 a thermal indoor swimming Pool was built which resulted 1969 in Europe's first thermal indoor wave pool. Hence the Geyrsprudelhaus is the origin of the today „Römer-Thermen" a modern thermal spa resort with sauna facilities and therapeutical uses.
