Right of the bridge, 0.3 m., over the Blackstone River is Woonsocket Falls. From this point South Main St. bears uphill through what is known as the Globe section of the city, passing (L) the Woonsocket State Armory and the Globe Congregational Church.

This Congregational Church is much different than what I am use to seeing in New England for the Congregationalists. It is not surprising the congregation moved into this church after their church burned down across the street in 1904. Appearance wise I don't think much has changed since the writing of the AGS.
