An information board at an entrance to the nature reserve on Whitcroft's lane, Copt Oak, highlighting some of the flora and fauna you might expect to see.
Fox Covert & Poultney Woods were planted with conifers and hardwoods in the 1920's. Polutney Wood is natable for its spectacular displays of Bluebells.
There is an area of heath grassland around a rocky summit, which supports a variety of heathland plants.
Species you might expect to see (depending on the season): Bluebell, Yelow Pimpernel, Common Lizard, Nutcatch, Wood Sorrel, Small Heath Butterfly.
