This guest book is located in the foyer of the Church of the Wayfarer...an old Methodist church in Carmel. The church actually has a webpage for its guest book (visit link) which reads:

Next time you stop by to pray in the sanctuary, walk through the Scripture Garden and ring the bell, please leave us a note in the Guest Book in the Narthex! Every day, we welcome guests from all over the world. We love to see where our guests are visiting from and hearing the Church of the Wayfarer memories!"
