Once a standard mailbox, the owner added a few bits here and there and...VOILA!... a steel wheeled John Deere row crop tractor. It's even painted with official John Deere green and yellow colors.
Very well done, it was made of various appropriately sized parts from several different pieces of machinery. There are even a pair of John Deere gauges mounted on the steering column for true authenticity.
This mailbox can be seen about 5.8 miles west of Highway 21 and the little village of Curlew, on the northeast side of Kettle River Road.
