This red, blue, and yellow quilt block is found on Iowa Heritage barn at the What Cheer Fair Grounds. It was designed by Kaden Ludwig in 2009 and is easily found on the north side of town.

Our family lived in What Cheer for 5 years when our children were small. We found this barn quilt on a recent trip through our old stompin' grounds.
