This trail is 1.32 miles, around the northern section of the park. A few of the posts are not at the places marked on the map. The map is online and is well done. This is a scout project.

1 White Pine (there are better examples here)
2 Hawthorne
3 White Birch (this is grey birch, much more common around this area, leaves triangular)
4 Black Cherry
5 Scotch Pine
6 Black Locust
7 Basswood
8 Hornbeam
9 Black Spruce (these are dying trees, not in their proper habitat)
10 Sumac
11 Hemlock
