In Waltham, along Main Street, is Christ Episcopal Church, which is listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1989.
The church is on the south side of the road, east of the local branch of the U.S. Post Office.
The church is a rambling structure, roughly in a 'J' configuration. On the west side is the auditorium and steeple. The steeple is near a corner of the structure and is a tower with a tapering steeple, all lined with field stone. The rest of the building is also built with field stone. On the hall portion, a portion is also in the English Tudor style. Other features include stained glass from well-known manufacturers like Clayton and Bell and Tiffany.
The church is still used by the Episcopal congregation that built it.
