The Museum of Man is housed in an ornate building originally constructed for the 1915 Panama-California Exposition. The exhibit at the Exposition was The Story of Man Through the Ages...and the Museum is still designed to have the visitor walk through evolutionary history in a chronological manner. From the traces of human fossils to the accomplishments of man through the ages...and even the promise of the future. The Museum also has special exhibits. At the time of the posting of this Waymark, the Museum had a special exhibit on games...primarily board games.
