EN: This simple metal cross with golden statues of Jesus and Mary stands in the cchurchyard of Kaisten. It is about two meters high and is mounted on a concrete base.
In front of the cross, there is a ground plate with the text: "Inside the churchyard walls rest the ones of our community deceased until 1976. The abolition of the cemetery took place on Easter 2002. - A silent tribute on this place, honoring our ancestors to whom we stay connected."
DE: Dieses schlichte Metallkreuz mit goldenen Statuen von Jesus und Maria befindet sich im Kirchhof von Kaisten. Es ist rund zwei Meter hoch und steht auf einem Betonsockel.
Vor dem Kreuz liegt eine Bodenplatte mit dem Text: "Innerhalb der Friedhofmauern ruhen die bis zum Jahre 1976 verstorbenen unserer Gemeinde. Die Aufhebung des Gottesackers erfolgte auf Ostern 2002. - Ein stilles Gedenken an dieser Stätte ehrt unsere Vorfahren mit denen wir verbunden bleiben."
