This short trail follows a boardwalk through a wetland area. Interpretive signs describe the importance of wetland habitats to the larger ecosystem. The trail briefly returns to dry land before heading out onto another short boardwalk with views of the Cypress River.
The boardwalk seems to have shifted substantially since it was built. It is very uneven and lacks guardrails so caution is required.
An information kiosk about the Trans Canada Trail is also located nearby.
Parking is available at the trailhead.
