Situation :
Cet oratoire est situé sur la crête du massif forestier séparant les vallées de la rivière la Plaine (rivière), et de la celle de la rivière "la Ravine", dans la Forêt communale de Raon-l'Étape à l'altitude de 605 m. C'est un carrefour important situé sur la piste appelée "chemin des Bannes" partant de Chavré et rejoignant le Col de Prayé. Cinq sentiers de randonnée balisés par le Club vosgien y aboutissent. Deux proviennent de la vallée de la Plaine, deux de la vallée de la Ravine, le cinquième suit la ligne de crête
Description :
Cet oratoire est constitué d'un édicule d'une hauteur total de 1,30 m réalisé avec des blocs de conglomérat du type poudingue gréseux hétéroclites trouvés sur place et cimentés et surmonté d'une croix de métal ancrée avec une rose double stylisée au centre du croisillon. Une cavité forme une "grotte" dans laquelle se trouve une statue de la Vierge Marie protégée par une petite grille ouvragée en fer plat

Situation:
This orator is located on the crest of the forest between the river valleys of the Plain (river), and that of the River "la Ravine", in the communal forest Raon-l'Etape at the altitude of 1985Ft. Description :
