STIPE members used digital recorders, infrared cameras and full spectrum cameras along with electromagnetic field (EMF) detectors to look for paranormal activity.

Because of structural and safety issues the investigators could only work on the ground floor of the café. Throughout the night team members asked questions to trying to gain a response from spirits. One person present had unexplained scratch marks appear on his forearm. Another person had a severe case of goose bumps and felt like he was being pushed from behind.

Even though the building had no power source and there was no generator running, the EMF detector had several spikes. After analyzing the evidence on the digital recorders STIPE found unexplained voices responding to the questions that were asked.

Leroy Kotzur the founder of STIPE stated that he could not say that the building was haunted but he also could not explain some of the events. Some of the unexplained voices can be heard on videos posted at www.mysoutex.com or at the STIPE Facebook page.

Public access?:
Building appears to be currently used for storage. Outside of building is visible from roadway.
