A fiddle (or is it a violin) is on display with an exhibit about the Indians who were associated with the Mission Santa Cruz. The placard discusses how the Indians continued their proscribed dances in secret. The fiddle is in the case below without any explanation. Presumably, it was owned by one of the Missionaries.
