Oyama Public Library
It seems that the library occupies the eastern half of what was originally the Oyama Post Office, the other half being occupied by, if I recall correctly (which, according to the Mrs., is unlikely), is occupied by a ladies' and childrens' wear shop.
This is a very small library, but, being a member branch of the Okanagan Regional Library (ORL), all and any of the books in the entire collection are available within a couple of days. As well, at least seventeen popular and current magazines are available at the branch. Back issues of an equal number of magazines are available. We didn't visit on a Tuesday or a Thursday, the only days they are open, so were unable to peek inside.
At various times through the year the library hosts such activities as
Summer Reading Club, Oyama Book Club and Pyjama Storytime.
With regard to Wi-Fi availability:
"We have one computer available for one hour a day for members and guests to the Oyama Branch.
We have wi-fi connectivity for three hours a day for both members of the library as well as guests who bring in their own wireless devices."
