The "Around Sanger" entry in Arcadia's Images of America series indicates on page 77 that, after the opera house closed, it was used as a silent movie theater and a wrestling venue. On the same page is a photo of a group called "The Praetorians", indicating that their Council 290 held a meeting here in 1908, but there is no information indicating a relationship to the Woodmen of the World. One can also assume that the Woodmen met here, but again, details are not forthcoming.
