From the parking area the walk to the Head of the Fall viewing platform is about 400m each way. The path is mostly paved and the part that isn't is gravel. Once you reach the platform at the Head of the Fall you can see the stream tumbling 50 metres over the granite bedrock. A further 50m downstream is another platform with views of the falls.
